Tax Helpline for Bookkeepers

This article contains paid promotion.

We’re delighted to announce a new partnership that brings even more value to the bookkeeping community. Trinity Tax has joined forces with The Bookkeepers’ Collective to provide expert advice on one of the most complicated areas facing bookkeepers – IR35, employment status, and the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).

As part of this partnership, members of The Bookkeepers’ Collective now have access to a dedicated helpline offering support with the kinds of tax and compliance questions that often leave bookkeepers feeling unsure. Your clients look to you for clarity, but you can’t be an expert at everything.

That’s exactly why this partnership exists, to give you peace of mind and professional support where it matters most.

Trinity Tax Helpline for Bookkeepers

The new Trinity Tax helpline gives members of The Bookkeepers’ Collective direct access to tax specialists. It’s there to help with:

  • Employment status queries (including off-payroll working and IR35), whether someone is truly self-employed or should be classed as an employee
  • All aspects of the Construction Industry Scheme, including scope, verification, tax deductions, returns, penalties, and appeals

Most queries are answered within 5–15 minutes. If your question needs further support, such as reviewing contracts or drafting documentation, Trinity Tax will quote a fixed fee before any additional work begins. So there are no surprises, just expert advice when you need it.
