Pricing feels hard when you don’t have a method

Most bookkeepers weren’t taught how to price a service business, especially one where scope changes, client behaviour varies, and software and automation are always decreasing the time it takes to do the work.

The Pricing Collection gives you a clear, industry-specific framework so you can stop guessing and start pricing for profit, with packages that make sense for your clients and your capacity.

Make value pricing real

Most advice stops at “charge for value.” We show you what that means in bookkeeping: how to map client pain points to outcomes, translate outcomes into a package, and price that package with confidence.

Profitable foundations

Pricing starts with commercial clarity: your minimum viable hourly rate, your “Perfect P&L”, and your real capacity. Then you choose the right pricing method so your fees reflect the outcomes you create.

Packages clients value

Learn how to structure packages, use ethical pricing psychology (anchoring, decoys, transparency) and present your pricing in a way that feels good for you and your clients.

What's inside the Pricing Collection?

Professional Pricing Programme

6 hour CPD accredited programme designed to help you build a pricing strategy you can actually use.

  1. Pricing for profit (not to win every client)
  2. Your minimum hourly rate
  3. Value pricing and practical pricing structures
  4. Pricing psychology that helps clients say “yes”
  5. Repricing existing clients profesionally

Pricing Confidence & Money Mindset

Pricing isn’t hard because you can’t do the maths, it’s hard because it puts scope, vaule, boundaries and money in the same conversations.

Inside this part of the collection you’ll get support to strengthen the inner work that makes confident pricing possible – so you can hold your fees without apologising or discounting.

Access Money Mindset challenges and real talk on imposter syndrome, self-worth and charging what your service is worth.

Market pricing benchmarks

Want to know what bookkeepers are charging and what to do with that information. In The Bookkeepers’ Collective, we’re an open book. Ask anybody and they’ll share their pricing structure.

We also share data from frequent industry pricing research so you can price with perspective.

  • Pricing Reports
  • Pricing as a Percentage of Turnover research
  • Industry insights

Plus passive income training, pricing resources and spreadsheets and methodologies to apply pricing strategies to your own business.

Jo's
experience

“I’ve learnt how to truly value my work. Before joining, I didn’t understand how to price confidently or structure services in a way that reflects the real time, expertise and responsibility involved.

The pricing modules, spreadsheets and conversations inside the community showed me how to step away from hourly rates and move towards transaction-based and value-based pricing. This completely changed how I run my practice.“

Professional Pricing

Pricing is the moment your business becomes real.

This is the programme that helps you stop guessing, stop defaulting to hourly, and start pricing like a practice owner.

What our Members Say...

Game changer

Since joining, I have seen such a big shift in my confidence. I now have the tools, structure and mindset to grow my practice, and I feel so much clearer about the direction I am heading.

Being part of the Collective has been a real game-changer for me, and I am so grateful for the support and inspiration it has given me.

– Fanni

Multi 6-figures

Over the past four years, my businesses launched in 2021 and 2023 have grown to multiple six-figure turnovers.

I know without a doubt that I wouldn’t have achieved this level of success without the support, accountability and training I’ve received through The Collective.

– Nicola

Pricing properly

Being part of The Bookkeepers’ Collective has taught me something I don’t think I could have fully learnt on my own. That pricing properly isn’t about being “expensive,” it’s about valuing the impact of what we do. I’ve learnt how to price based on outcomes, responsibility, and expertise, not just time. To stand by those fees without over-explaining or feeling guilty.

– Rachel

You have questions, we would too...

What is The Bookkeepers’ Collective?

The Bookkeepers’ Collective is our membership for bookkeepers who want to grow a premium practice with better clients, stronger pricing, clearer systems and ongoing support. You get access to all training collections, plus coaching and community.

What exactly do I get when I join The Bookkeepers' Collective?

You’ll get access to the full training library (including the Sales Collection), plus ongoing support through live training, coaching, accountability and a space to ask questions in the member community. Find out everything you get.

Is the Pricing Collection available on its own?

The Pricing Collection is included inside The Bookkeepers’ Collective. It’s one of the training collections within the membership, not a separate add-on.

How do I access the training?

As soon as you checkout, you’ll get access to the members’ area where all collections, courses and resources are organised for you. This is hosted on our course platform, Thinkific and can be accessed on your computer or via an app on your mobile phone. Live training sessions are hosted on Zoom.

I already have prices, will this help?

Yes. Most members join because they’re pricing and winning the work, but not at a reasonable profit. This collection helps you tighten scope, improve packaging, increase confidence in your fees and reprice as you grow.

I’m newly qualified / not confident yet. Is it too early?

Not at all. If anything, learning how to position and package yourself early stops you defaulting into low-fee, hourly “admin” work that’s hard to escape later.

I’m already busy — how much time do I need?

You can move at your own pace. Many members watch the on-demand training in small chunks (evenings/weekends). The live sessions in The Bookkeepers’ Collective take place 3 times per week, but if you can’t make something live you can catch the replay.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Training is self paced through on-demand videos and resources and members who get the best results dedicate 60-90 minutes per week to learning. Live sessions take place on Mondays 10am-11am, Wednesdays 10am-11am and Fridays 10am-11:30am with replays available where appropriate.

Is there live support, or is it just videos?

There’s ongoing live training and coaching and an active community, so you’re not doing this alone.

What happens in the live sessions?

Our sessions take a set format each week. Monday 10am-11am is an expert session with a guest expert. This might be a software training, or a deep dive on pricing, marketing, a technical update or a topical session around business strategy. Wednesday 10am-11am is reserved to teach our core programme, The Success Programme live, taking you through the full CPD accredited training a week at a time over the course of six months. Friday 10am-11:30am is a Community Call. This is an opportunity to get accountability for an activity you need to do for the business in a co-working setting. The first part of this session is reserved for member networking and course updates once per month to introduce new members and share latest news.

Is there support if I get stuck?

Yes, we have a dedicated Member Success Coordinator who runs drop in sessions and can offer 1-1 troubleshooting calls if you need additional support.

Do I have to use a specific proposal tool?

No. We teach pricing principles and service design that work regardless of what tools you use. If we ever demonstrate a tool, it’s to illustrate process, not to form a decision.

What's the problem with pricing by the hour?

Hourly pricing can work, but for most bookkeeping practices, it creates three big problems. It punishes efficiency, trains clients to buy time rather than focus on the value of accuracy, insight, and strategic financial direction, and makes profit unpredictable for you. We teach you to calculate a baseline hourly rate so you know your minimum and then move to clearer, more scalable approaches so your pricing reflects value and protects your capacity.

What if I'm already busy with clients?

That’s often when the Collective is most useful, to help you improve workflows, raise standards, offer more, package properly and stop leaking time and money.

Is this relevant if I'm not in the UK?

The principles (packages, boundaries, confident sales conversations) are universal. Some examples may be UK-leaning, but the strategy translates wherever you run your practice. We have Bookkeepers’ Collective members in the USA, Ireland and the UK.

Your pricing is in GBP, can I pay in another currency?

Yes. Please email members@6figurebookkeeper.com for alternative currency options. We charge sales tax in line with the rules for your location, so if you’re outside of the UK, we’ll adjust your invoice accordingly.

What's the best-value way to join The Bookkeepers' Collective?

The Bookkeepers’ Collective is a 12-month commitment of £199+VAT per month. The best value option is to pay in full for the year, at £1,990+VAT giving you two months for free.

Is there a minimum term?

The Bookkeepers’ Collective is a 12-month commitment. That gives you the runway to build proper change (pricing, packages, sales, marketing and delivery systems). Many of our members stay for years.

I'm an accountant, is this relevant for me?

Yes. Many of our members are accountants. What brings our community together is a shared ambition and a shared way of working: people who want to build a modern, values-led practice with better clients, clearer boundaries, and a business that supports their life (not the other way around).

I need to know more before joining, can I talk it through?
