If you're new to bookkeeping and taking the first steps in starting your bookkeeping practice, consider our Bookkeepers' Startup Programme. If you've been trading for a while and are looking to grow and scale your practice, our Bookkeepers' 6 Month Success Programme is the programme for you.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN INSTALMENTS?
Yes. The Bookkeepers' 6 Month Success Programme is priced at £1500+VAT, paid in full or in six instalments of £250+VAT. Instalment payments are taken by direct debit.
CAN I SIGN UP FOR BOTH COURSES?
Our goal is to support bookkeepers through all stages of building their businesses, so if you sign up for The Bookkeepers' Startup Programme, you'll receive a £200 discount on the Bookkeepers' 6 Month Success Programme if you decide to progress.
If you sign up for the Bookkeepers' 6 Month Success Programme, you'll also receive The Bookkeepers' Startup Programme as a free, bonus module, making the 6 Month Success Programme by far our most cost-effective course.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE COURSE MATERIAL?
Our courses are hosted on a course platform called Thinkific. You'll create a login and be able to access the course material as soon as you've signed up and made payment.
WHAT IF I TAKE LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE THE COURSE?
Our intention is to make all of our courses available for life once you've purchased them - for as long as the course platform allows. We realise that life happens, you don't need to complete your course within a timeframe but if you've signed up for the six month programme, access to our monthly Q&A sessions and office hour calls will stop after six months.
CAN I HAVE ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNTABILITY CALLS AND Q&A SESSIONS AFTER THE SIX MONTHS IS UP?
Yes. We realise the value of being a part of a community as you're building and growing your business, so we offer ongoing access to our Bookkeepers' Success Lounge, Monthly Q&A calls and weekly office hours through our accountability package.
DO I GET ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNTABILITY CALLS THROUGH THE BOOKKEEPERS' STARTUP PROGRAMME?
No. The Bookkeepers' Startup Programme is our introductory, self study course and does not include access to our community and live sessions. If you feel you do need accountability, you may choose to sign up for our accountability package.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
In the very unlikely event that you feel unable to continue with your course, we will discuss your needs with you on a case by case basis. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DO YOU OFFER 1-1 TUTORING?
We are getting ready to launch our Mastermind programme for a small group of bookkeepers. Register on our Mastermind page. The Mastermind is with a small group of likeminded peers at a similar level and but involves an element of 1-1 coaching. We may make individual 1-1 sessions available in the future.
Please also take advantage of the two monthly Q&A coaching sessions, the weekly peer support on the office hour calls, and the community support within The Bookkeepers' Success Lounge on Facebook.
HOW CAN I GET MY CPD CERTIFICATE?
Our courses have been accredited by The CPD Accreditation Group. On completion of The Bookkeepers Startup Programme and The Bookkeepers' 6 Month Success Programme, email us at email@example.com. We will check your progress through the course platform and issue your certificate.
CAN I SHARE MY LOGIN DETAILS WITH SOMEBODY ELSE IN MY FIRM?
We've designed our courses so that you as an individual can work through them.
We realise that if you're working with a business partner or you have employees in your firm, it will be incredibly useful for them to understand the content of the course modules as you build the business together, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for our express consent to share login details with a member of your team.
Only the registered student will be able to access the office hours and coaching calls and receive a CPD certificate. If a second person from your business wishes to access the course and CPD verification, contact us for discounted place. Your team member may also wish to purchase the accountability package so they can join us for the coaching calls and office hour sessions.
IF I SIGN UP FOR THE £1500 COURSE, WHAT EXACTLY DO I HAVE ACCESS TO AND FOR HOW LONG?
When you sign up for The Bookkeepers' 6 Month Success Programme, you will have immediate access to our course content. That means, the full 12 course modules, the workbooks and all of the bonus modules. You can start work on the course immediately.
When you log into the course, you'll see the link to join The Bookkeepers' Success Lounge, our exclusive Facebook group, it might take us an hour or two to grant you access but we'll let you in as soon as we can.
You'll also see the details of the weekly office hours, the coaching calls, and the Zoom link to join us.
We run a New Members' Call every quarter and we'll be in touch with you by email to make sure you know when the next one is happening. If you don't hear from us, you can contact us with any technical questions at email@example.com.
You have lifetime access to the course content once you've made full payment for the course. This means you can re visit any of the the 12 modules and bonus modules as much as you need to.
You'll have 6 months' access to the coaching calls and office hours starting from your New Members' Call. If you start mid-quarter, you can join the calls immediately, but we give you slightly longer access to the accountability package so that you finish up with your peers.
