What exactly do I get when I join The Bookkeepers' Collective?
You’ll get access to the full training library (including the Sales Collection), plus ongoing support through live training, coaching, accountability and a space to ask questions in the member community. Here’s everything you get.
Is the AI Collection available on its own?
How do I access the training?
As soon as you checkout, you’ll get access to the members’ area where all collections, courses and resources are organised for you. This is hosted on our course platform, Thinkific and can be accessed on your computer or via an app on your mobile phone. Live training sessions are hosted on Zoom.
Do I need to be "techy" to use AI?
No. This collection is designed for real bookkeepers. We show you why this matters, exactly what to do, step by step, and focus on simple workflows that make immediate sense.
I’m newly qualified / not confident yet. Is it too early?
Not at all. If anything, learning how to position and package yourself early stops you defaulting into low-fee, hourly “admin” work that’s hard to escape later.
I’m already busy — how much time do I need?
You can move at your own pace. Many members watch the on-demand training in small chunks (evenings/weekends). The live sessions in The Bookkeepers’ Collective take place 3 times per week, but if you can’t make something live you can catch the replay.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
Training is self paced through on-demand videos and resources and members who get the best results dedicate 60-90 minutes per week to learning. Live sessions take place on Mondays 10am-11am, Wednesdays 10am-11am and Fridays 10am-11:30am with replays available where appropriate.
Is there live support, or is it just videos?
There’s ongoing live training and coaching and an active community, so you’re not doing this alone.
What happens in the live sessions?
Our sessions take a set format each week. Monday 10am-11am is an expert session with a guest expert. This might be a software training, or a deep dive on pricing, marketing, a technical update or a topical session around business strategy. Wednesday 10am-11am is reserved to teach our core programme, The Success Programme live, taking you through the full CPD accredited training a week at a time over the course of six months. Friday 10am-11:30am is a Community Call. This is an opportunity to get accountability for an activity you need to do for the business in a co-working setting. The first part of this session is reserved for member networking and course updates once per month to introduce new members and share latest news.
Is there support if I get stuck?
Yes, we have a dedicated Member Success Coordinator who runs drop in sessions and can offer 1-1 troubleshooting calls if you need additional support.
Will AI replace bookkeepers?
AI isn’t a replacement for professional judgement, relationships, or trust. But a bookkeeper who knows how to use AI well will be faster, more efficient, and more valuable, and that’s why this matters. We teach AI as support, not substitution.
Is it safe to use AI with client work?
We teach strict boundaries like no client data into AI tools, how to ask questions about the data without using the data, and how to use AI for the work around the work (summaries, structure, templates, insights) while keeping judgement and confidentiality at the centre.
What if I'm already busy with clients?
That’s often when the Collective is most useful, to help you improve workflows, raise standards, offer more, package properly and stop leaking time and money.
Is this relevant if I'm not in the UK?
The principles (packages, boundaries, confident sales conversations) are universal. Some examples may be UK-leaning, but the strategy translates wherever you run your practice. We have Bookkeepers’ Collective members in the USA, Ireland and the UK.
